- GETTING STARTED - The First Steps to Your Immersion Abroad Adventure 1. Download and print registration form (see below) of the country in which you are interested and send completed form with a $350 check to: Immersion Abroad 185 Central St. Boylston, MA 01505 2. Following receipt of the registration form, Immersion Abroad will contact you and instruct you to print and fill out the full application form, which you will send to Immersion Abroad with a $500.00 starting June 30, 2011. 3. Once accepted into the program, download the Acceptance Letter detailing the required documents and the payment schedule. If spots are still available late registrations and applications will be considered on a first come first serve basis. Payment Schedule:   $350.00 due with registration   $500.00 due with application starting June 30, 2011   Balance of $2650.00 will be due in 10 equal payments of $265.00 due on the 15th of each month from: August 15, 2011 to May 15, 2012
